The Public Liability Takaful is designed to protect the Participant in respect of his legal liability to pay compensation for accidental bodily injury to or accidental damage to the property of members of the public caused by or through the negligence of the Participant or his employees and includes legal charges and expenses.


Scope of cover:

  1. Accidental bodily injury to any person not being a member of the Participant’s household or any person in the services of the Participant
  2. Accidental damage to property not belonging to or in the custody or control of the Participant
  3. Any legal expenses incurred by the Participant in defending legal proceddings with the Takaful Operator's consent
